• When submitting a ticket, you are welcome to request a scheduled support call with a technical specialist.
• Monitored normal ticketing support Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time
• Support incidents are billed in 10 minute increments.
• 5-Hour Support Plans are good for 45 days from purchase. Upon expiration, unused time is no longer valid. We encourage customers to contact us prior to expiration for suggestions on how to use remaining support time.
• Unused monthly time on annual support plans does not rollover to the following month.
• While we provide in-depth assistance on Google Analytics, AdWords and Website Optimizer accounts, we do not perform direct work on client websites or servers.
